Can I get an invoice for my transfer?

Of course, when you contact us and share your invoice information, our accounting department will send your invoice to your address as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or make changes to my transfer?

If you have paid your transfer fee via bank transfer/EFT and cancelled your transfer under the specified conditions, your total transfer fee will be refunded to the bank account numbers you provide to us.

How can I pay the transfer fee?

If you wish, you can pay the transfer fee during your transfer or in the vehicle, in cash and/or via money order, EFT or credit card.
